Shakti Vishwavidyalaya Faculty Eligibility Criteria
Professor:
(1) PhD with first class or
equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a consistent
and very good academic record.
Actively engaged in research with a minimum of 15 research publications in
Scopus indexed journals and a total research score of 120.
(2) Minimum of 10 years post-PhD teaching experience in an academic
institution, including 4 years as Associate Professor, or equivalent research
experience with evidence of successfully guiding doctoral candidates.
Alternatively, 10 years post-PhD experience in a research organization or
industry with significant contributions to the discipline, supported by
documentary evidence.
Associate Professor:
(1) PhD with first class or
equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a consistent
and very good academic record.
Actively engaged in research with a minimum of 10 research publications in
Scopus indexed journals and a total research score of 75.
(2) Minimum of 8 years post-PhD teaching and/or research experience in a
position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in an academic institution,
university, college, or accredited research institution/industry.
Assistant Professor:
(1) PhD with first class or
equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a consistent
and very good academic record.
