💼 Terms of Employment

• Contract basis – initially 3 years, renewable based on performance
• High performers may be considered for Assistant Manager (Scale-I)
• Transferable anywhere in India
• Local language proficiency preferred

💰 Salary / CTC

• Total CTC: ₹7.85 Lakhs per annum
• Fixed: ₹4.49 Lakhs (includes NPS)
• Variable (performance-based): ₹2.88 Lakhs
• Health Insurance: ₹0.48 Lakhs (coverage ₹5.25 Lakhs)
• Special Allowance:
  • ₹10,000/month (Delhi, Mumbai, Pune)
  • ₹5,000/month (Ahmedabad)
