Job Description
Customer Connect Team is the first point of contact for all customers who have completed the registration of their unit. We ensure a smooth, delightful, and memorable handover experience.
Core Responsibilities
- ✅ Coordinate seamless unit handover post-registration
- ✅ Understand customer needs and deliver exceptional satisfaction
- ✅ Work closely with CRM, CCS, and Projects teams for timely readiness
- ✅ Ensure all handover documents are properly delivered
- ✅ Document every communication in the system
- ✅ Monitor and close snag rectification on time
- ✅ Collect Customer Satisfaction (C-Sat) feedback
- ✅ Go the extra mile to create delighted customers
Who Are We Looking For?
- 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or any Customer-Facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented personality
