💼 Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the agency channel and supporting insurance sales activities. The major responsibilities include:
- Recruit and onboard Agency Leaders / Insurance Advisors.
- Develop, train and motivate Agency Leaders to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
- Generate and support insurance sales through the agency channel.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned business targets.
- Conduct regular meetings with Agency Leaders and provide sales guidance.
- Support the team in achieving customer acquisition and sales objectives.
