🔹 HR Manager
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across branches
- Handle recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
- Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Manage payroll coordination and employee grievance handling
🔹 HR Assistant
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Help organize employee engagement programs
🔹 HR Executive
- Source and screen candidates for various openings
- Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Maintain HR databases and employee information
- Support day-to-day HR administrative functions
