Job Description
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Handle inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff.
- Maintain store standards as per brand guidelines.
- Assist customers in product selection and provide accurate information.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and sales expertise.
- Leadership and team management skills (for managerial roles).
- Basic computer knowledge and billing systems.
