🔹 Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu
🔹 Experience: 7–13 Years
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct process feasibility studies and lead prove-out activities for new
gear machining processes.
🔹 Provide hands-on support in gear manufacturing operations: Hobbing,
Shaping, Shaving, Grinding, Broaching, Turning, and Machining Centers.
🔹 Optimize machining processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost
efficiency.
🔹 Support tooling and fixture validation, CNC program prove-out, and
process documentation.
🔹 Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve
issues and implement improvements.
🔹 Drive Lean initiatives, including 5S and Kaizen, to strengthen continuous
improvement efforts.
Skills & Must-Haves:
✔️ Experience in gear machining on machines like:
• Gleason (Genesis 130H / GP300 / P400 / P600 / PE800)
• Premier PE250
• Lorenz CLC / Premier Shaping
• Genesis 130SV / Sicmat / Kanzaki Shaving
• Reishauer RZ301 / RZ362 / RZ160 / RZ260 / P600–800G
• Protel / Cranebel Broaching
• Morara / Voumard / PMT Internal Grinding
• Mazak Turning & Machining Centers
• Studer / Tsugami External Grinding
✔️ Knowledge of heat treatment, gear inspection, tooling concepts
✔️ Ability to create process layouts, WI/SOPs, fixture concepts
