Repco Bank Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for Repco Bank: 

Educational Qualifications  (As on 30.06.2025): Any graduate (regular i.e. 10+2+3 stream) or its equivalent.  Preferable: Specialisation in Marketing from Institutions recognised/approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/University Grants Commission (UGC) (or) PG in Marketing discipline is preferred.   Experience  (As on 30.06.2025): At least one year of marketing experience is preferred. Other requirements:   – Proficiency in the local vernacular tongue, Tamil, and English. – Applicants having a current driver’s license and their own two-wheeler are given preference. – A passion and demonstrated knowledge in the topic, together with a strong flare for marketing. – Any further records to verify the staff’s reputation, track record, and credibility.

Age Limit for Repco Bank: (As on 30.06.2025)

Minimum – 25 years Maximum – 35 years

1. Marketing Associate – Rs.15000/- p.m
