✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18
and 30 years as per AVNL norms.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Assistant
Manager/Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics): First Class
Degree in Engineering in the relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical,
or Electronics) from a recognized university/institute. Knowledge of 3D
modeling (Siemens NX/SolidWorks/CATIA/Creo), simulation software
(ANSYS/Abaqus/Hypermesh/ADAMs for Mechanical; MATLAB for
Electrical/Electronics), and ability to understand complex design
drawings. Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Assistant
Manager/Tech (Integrated Material Management): First Class Degree
in Engineering/Technology with a 2-year full-time MBA/Post Graduate
Degree/Diploma in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management.
- Assistant
Manager (HR): First Class Degree with a 2-year full-time MBA/Post
Graduate Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial
Relations/PM&IR.
- Junior
Manager/Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics): First Class
Diploma/Degree in Engineering in the relevant discipline. Same technical
skills as Assistant Manager/Tech roles.
- Junior
Manager/Tech (Material Management): First Class Degree with at
least a 1-year Diploma in Material Management/Supply Chain Management.
Knowledge of MS Office.
- Junior
Manager (HR): First Class Degree with at least a 1-year Diploma
in Personnel Management/HR/Industrial Relations/PM&IR. Knowledge of MS
Office and excellent drafting skills.
✅ Selection Process:
- ✔️ Shortlisting: Based
on qualifications and experience as per the application.
- ✔️ Interview/Trade
Test: Conducted at HVF, Avadi, Chennai, to assess technical and
professional skills.
- ✔️ Document
Verification: To verify educational qualifications, experience,
and other eligibility criteria.
