Educational Qualification & Experience	Jr. Supervisor (Safety - Electrical): 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering + 1-year Diploma in Industrial Safety + 2 years supervisory experience. Jr. Supervisor (Paint): 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering + 2 years supervisory experience in painting. Asst. Superintendent (Finance): Intermediate from ICAI/ICMAI or MBA/PGDM (Finance) + 2 years experience. Asst. Superintendent (Hindi Translator): Bachelor’s in Hindi with English + 1-year Diploma in Hindi Translation + 2 years experience. Technical Assistant: 3-year Diploma in relevant field + 5 years experience. Nurse (Male): B.Sc Nursing or 2-year Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery + 2 years hospital/PSU experience. Office Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce for Finance/IA) + 1-year computer course + 1–3 years experience. Shipwright/ Structural Fitter/ Welder/ Machinist/ Safety Steward: SSC/ITI in relevant trade + 1-year Diploma (Safety Steward) + 2 years experience. Painter: SSC + 4 years experience.

✔️ Junior Supervisor/Asst. Superintendent: ₹ 41,400–45,700 (Year 1–3).
✔️ Technical Assistant: ₹ 36,300–40,200.
✔️ Nurse: ₹ 31,200–34,500.
✔️ Office Assistant (Clerical): ₹ 32,600–36,100.
✔️ Office Assistant (Finance/IA): ₹ 29,500–32,600.
✔️ Shipwright/Structural Fitter/Welder/Machinist/Safety Steward: ₹ 28,700–31,800.
✔️ Painter: ₹ 30,100–33,300.
