✅ Monthly Salary
Medical Officer: ₹ 60000/- per month
Staff Nurse: ₹ 18000/- per month

Counseller / Psychologist: ₹ 23000/- per month
Psychiatric Social Worker: ₹ 23800/- per month
✅ Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Medical Officer:
(1) MBBS Degree.
(2) The courses must have been approved by the Medical Council of India and
duly registered in Tamil Nadu Medical Council/ National Medical Council.
✔️ Staff Nurse:
(1) Diploma in GNM/ BSc.(Nursing) from Government or Government approved
private Nursing Colleges which are recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
(2) Duly registered with Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives council.
✔️ MPHW / Multi Purpose
Health Worker:
(1) Must have passed +2 (Matric with 12th Class) with
Biology or Botany and Zoology.
(2) Must have passed Tamil language as a subject in SSLC level.
(3) Must possess two years for Multipurpose Health worker (male) / Health
Inspector/ Sanitary Inspector course.
✔️ Support Staff:
(1) Minimum 8th standard Pass. Matric candidates also apply.
✔️ Counseller /
Psychologist:
(1) M.A. or M.Sc. in Psychology or Applied Psychology or
Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology or Five year integrated MSc
program in clinical psychology.
(2) Ability to speak, read and write in Tamil & English
✔️ Psychiatric Social
Worker:
(1) M.A Social Work (Medical/Psychiatry) or Master of Social
Work (Medical/ Psychiatry).
(2) Ability to speak, read and write in Tamil & English.
✅ Selection Process
The Selection purely on Merit Basis. The Candidate will be
selected based on the scoring criteria described in the Government Orders for
selection of Human Resource for Urban Health and Wellness Centres. Screen will
be given based required document submitted in the application.
