system would generate ‘Registration No.’ on top of online form filled up by the
candidate.

Application Form along with self attested scanned copies of required documents
(2 recent passport size photograph, High School Certificate, Proof of Identity
& Address, Community Certificate and other documents).
➢ The last date for registration of online
