🎓 SECI Eligibility Criteria

General Manager (C&P) – E-8

Essential: Engineering Graduate in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Civil / Mechanical / Solar / Power / Power Systems / Energy / Renewable Energy Engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Desirable: 2-year PG Degree/Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management with 60% marks.
Experience: 22 years.

Deputy General Manager (Legal) – E-6

Graduate with 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated LLB.
LLM is desirable.
Experience: 13 years.

Deputy Manager (EMD) – E-3

Full-time B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Solar / Renewable Energy / Power System or similar engineering discipline.
Minimum 60% marks.
Experience: 4 years.

Deputy Manager (Engineering – Civil) – E-3

Full-time B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
M.Tech in relevant field is desirable.
Experience: 4 years.

Deputy Manager (IT) – E-3

Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) in Computer Science / IT or MCA.
Minimum 60% marks.
Experience: 4 years.

Accounts Officer – E-1

CA or CMA or 2-year full-time MBA with specialization in Finance.
Minimum 60% marks.
Experience: 1 year.

Officer (HR & Admin.) – E-1

2-year full-time MBA/PGDBM with specialization in HRM / IR / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / Labour Administration / Labour Studies.
Minimum 60% marks.
LLB is desirable.

Full-time B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.

B.Tech/B.E. in the respective engineering discipline.

Deputy Manager – Solar Policy & Regulatory

B.Tech/B.E. or 3-year Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB).
Experience: 4 years.

Deputy Manager – Solar Commissioning

B.Tech/B.E. from a recognized University/Institute.
Relevant disciplines include Mechanical, Electrical, EEE, Production & Industrial Engineering, Civil, Energy Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: 4 years.

Deputy Manager – Solar Rooftop

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
M.Tech/M.E. in Renewable Energy / Power Systems is desirable.
Solar PV System Design certification is an added advantage.
Experience: 1 year.
