• Should Prepare the Offer letter and following up with the candidate till joining
• Should Prepare the Appointment letter.
• Should Initiate bank account opening process
• Should Generate Appointment letter for the new joinee
• Should Conduct an induction program for new joinees
• Should Organise Cultural, sports and health camps.
• Should Conduct Exit Interviews
• To Prepare experience and relieving letters
• Should Handle Labour records of my unit like the Form P, Q, R, S, D & A (Statutory Registers Maintenance)
