Job Description:
• 2+ Years Should have a Quality control process experience • Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met • Determining training needs • Monitoring the Quality performance • Ensure all the feedbacks are tracked in the application and sent it to the respective distribution list • The candidate should have good knowledge and experience in XML, HTML & ePub etc. • Flexible to work in shifts (24/7)
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
