Educational Qualification for Bank of Baroda: (As on 01.03.2025)

1. Deputy Defence Banking Advisor (DDBA) – A Bachelor Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India./Govt. bodies/AICTE etc. Post Qualification Experience: Retired Officials who held the rank of Col. or Gp Capt Wg Cdr in the Indian Air Force/Lt. Col. in the Indian Army.

2. Private Banker – Radiance Private – Mandatory: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE Desirable qualification : 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management Regulatory certifications e.g. NISM/IRDAPost Qualification Experience: 12 Years

3. Group Head – Mandatory: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE  Desirable qualification : 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management Regulatory certifications e.g. NISM/IRDAPost Qualification Experience: 10 Years

4. Territory Head – Mandatory: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE  Desirable qualification : 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management Regulatory certifications e.g. NISM/IRDA Post Qualification Experience: 6 years
